Depending on what do you want. You can either pay someone to optimize your website one time, or you can have monthly expenses for seo company to keep your website ranking good. If you find regular seo company, they should be able to do the work for you. If your keywords are competitive, the price could be up to few thousands dollars.
Some seo company will still charge you more for getting your website a good rank and than ask for monthly expenses to keep your website up. This could be around few hundred dollars a month.
The best investment and cheapest is to do this yourself and pay for tutoring and some good SEO tool.
