Those small business owners thought that a superb eye catching website which has several kind of valuable feature that can easily provide their products in front of their visitor is the prime criteria to get effective visitors. But the completely under estimate the SEO campaign and the thought that it is a simple thing that can be done by any one thus they searching those SEO firms who are offering quick search engine ranking within a bellow market rate.
Now the question is how to get quick rankings for a brand new site? Here come the terminology ethical SEO procedures and non ethical SEO procedures. Here comes the terminology white hat SEO optimization and black hat SEO optimization. We all know that black hat technology is effective for some span of time and if you continue the procedures for long term basis your website will be band by the search engines.

After few months, that child able to work faster but facing problems while running. In all these cases you need to pay the support and kind attention to that child.
Exactly the same thing follows in SEO optimization thus always go for white hat ethical SEO optimization. Because when you know that you are not applying any faulty techniques while promoting your site, then you need not to worry for search engine suspension and you can planning for more promotional ways or you can fully concentrate on your core business. Go slow, be patient and show the confidence on your ethical promotional work, that’s the only way to get ranked for a stable manner.

Enhanced image search
Enable Google's enhanced search for images on your site, including advanced labeling techniques for images hosted by Google.
Also make sure to name your images base on your keyphrases…

Google’s Search Engine places a low priority on Meta Keywords & Meta Descriptions, but a higher priority on off page links as illustrated at the end of this video.
Since Google is the most used search engine world wide, many web developers have placed a lower priority on keyword research. Instead, they focus on link sharing between other popular sites or blogs.
MS Bing still places a high priority on meta keywords, but typically only looks at the first 150 characters.
I usually use the Firebug extension for Firefox, with the Yslow addon, which can show you how big your pages are, and help to show you bottlenecks in your site speed and gives suggestions on how to make it faster.
The download speed has a lot to do with the speed of the site visitors internet connection, so by optimizing the size of your website and the amount of http requests for images, css files, javascripts etc, your site can perform better. Firebug with Yslow will show you graphs all this information.
I think the 100k idea is mainly for speed, and for human visitors. Google and other engines focus mainly on relevancy. The more relevant the site, the higher it ranks for the search term. I dont think they would NOT rank a relevant website because they think it is slow.

There are books and books and more books written on this topic because there are so many different ways of going about this.
I've found that there are a few different things, or basics, that you can do that in most cases is enough to at least get you in the search results.
1. Submit your site – http://www.webdev101.com/tips/submit-your-site/
2. Focus on the basics – http://www.webdev101.com/tips/search-engine-results-page-serp/
After that it's all up to you. You have to give your site some time there-after to be crawled by the search engines, but then there are a million tedious and time-consuming steps that can be taken to get you towards the top.
Notice I didn't say to the top, because the top results can change daily and you've got to keep up to stay up!
